Azia's Owner/Executive Chef Thom Pham has prepared an
incredible menu for us that will include:
Appetizers:
* Cranberry Puffs
* Fresh Herb Rolls
* Spicy Tuna Roll
* Calamari
Entrees:
* Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Served with mashed sweet potato, cranberries and grilled asparagus
* Walleye in Jalapeno Basil Sauce
Lightly breaded filet atop brown rice and vegetables
* Cranberry Curry
With chicken and Jasmine Rice
* Pad Thai with Tofu
Pad noodles, green scallions, bean sprout, egg and crushed peanut
***PLUS Wine with Dinner, for $35 a person.
We'll have cocktails and appetizers in the Caterpillar Lounge at 7:00 pm, then move to the intimate Kowloon room for entrees, wine and conversation at 8:00.
DJ Bryan Gerrard will be spinning deep house in the Caterpillar Room starting at 10:00 pm for after-dinner drinks and dancing. We're keeping this one quite intimate - there are only 40 spots available and they are filling up fast.
